MoneyCalc

Financial Disclaimer

The calculators on MoneyCalc are for general information and education only. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they do not replace guidance from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

1. Estimates, not promises

Every calculator here applies a published formula to the values you enter. Those formulas describe how money behaves under stated assumptions — a fixed interest rate, a steady contribution, a constant rate of return — and real life rarely keeps to them. Rates move, markets fluctuate, fees and taxes apply, and inflation reduces what a given balance can buy. A result may be noticeably off from your actual outcome.

2. Not a substitute for professional advice

Do not use these calculators as the sole basis for borrowing, investing, retirement, tax or business decisions. Before making an irreversible financial commitment, seek advice from a qualified financial adviser, accountant, lender or lawyer. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or calculated here.

3. No guarantees of results

Investment and savings figures are illustrations, not forecasts. Past performance never guarantees future returns, and the value of investments can fall as well as rise. Loan and affordability estimates depend on the rates and terms a lender offers you, which may differ from the ones assumed here.

4. Accuracy and updates

We try to use current, well-established formulas and we describe each one on its page. Even so, we cannot guarantee that any figure is accurate, complete or up to date, and rules, rates and tax treatment change over time. Use the results at your own risk.

5. Questions or corrections

Found an error or disagree with a formula? Email hello@moneycalchub.com and we will look into it.
